During this hackathon we intend do divide the attendees into small groups and have everyone work on a project of their choosing. The theme is to use cheap one-board computers like the Raspberry PI to create physical network switches that can be used with software defined networking.
You can use any technology you can think of. It doesn't matter if it's Open vSwitch, OpenWrt, OpenStack Neutron, OpenVNet, Trema or anything else. The goal is just to get creative and have fun together.
Even if you can't think of a project, don't hesitate to drop by. You can always help out with other people's projects or just hang out.

Any gadgets you think would be fun to use in your project
Create a physical Open vSwitch by installing it on a Raspberry PI and then attaching a bunch of USB network interfaces to it. When this is set up, try to run OpenVNet on it and attach your laptops to virtual networks.
